SAB NewsSAB Receives a Top Donor AwardPosted 4/14/2009 Many of you choose to donate your ViewPoints to a charitable organization, an option in The SAB’s Rewards Catalog. Amongst the charities available is Blue Faery: The Adrienne Wilson Liver Cancer Association. Blue Faery’s mission is to provide awareness and research opportunities for the prevention and treatment of liver cancer; in particular, Hepatocellular Carinoma (HCC), with which Adrienne Wilson was diagnosed. The Science Advisory Board received a Top Donor 2008 Award for our contributions to Blue Faery, totaling more than $5000! The donation contributed to the first Blue Faery Award for Excellence in Liver Cancer Research. The award was announced on April 8, 2009, on Adrienne Wilson’s birthday who would have been 23 years old today. The SAB has close ties with this organization thanks to Sherri Rose, a best friend of Adrienne Wilson and a former employee of our company, who now resides on the Board of Blue Faery.
