Tragedies in New York, Washington D.C. and Pennsylvania
Posted 9/14/2001

The Science Advisory Board offers its deepest condolences to those who have been affected, directly or indirectly, by the horrible acts of violence committed in Manhattan, Washington D.C. and Pennsylvania. The Science Board has over 60 members in the Manhattan area, working at Columbia University Hospital, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Mount Sinai Medical Center, NYU Medical Center and other locations. Our thoughts and prayers go out to these individuals, as well as to our members in the Washington D.C. area.

To help in the relief effort, The Science Advisory Board is making a contribution to the American Red Cross on behalf of our members. At the beginning of our next study you will be given the option of contributing your reward points toward The Science Advisory Board's donation. To learn about other ways to support the relief effort, visit http://www.helping.org.
